Arts Team

Who are we?

All types of visual artists including painters, tilers, joiners, set builders, crafts folk and photographers

What’s our purpose?

To minister, serve and resource the church through colour, texture and visual effects.

To equip and release artists of all abilities to use their gifts as an act of worship and evangelism.

We don't have a set meeting time, as we are mostly project based, and usually work on the basis of an outline given by a department within the church. When we do meet we use the time to pray, connect, brainstorm, plan and review all that’s on!

The Dark Room

Who are we?

A collection of photographers!

What’s our purpose?

To capture, frame and record the 24/7 moments of “church life” e.g. outreach, events and other special occasions. To “develop” as photographers in order to best use our creativity and skills for worship and evangelism.

When & Where do we meet?

We meet and serve as and when required at various functions, events, services and then hook up with the wider Arts Team once a month (see above).

Audio Visual Team

Who are we?

Audio Visual Technicians, PowerPoint technicians

What’s our purpose?

To use audio visual skills and develop short films, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements and worship resources as a means of supporting and complementing music, arts, sermons and services of all kinds.

When & Where do we meet?

We meet to plan and brainstorm themes etc as required, and then hook up at the monthly Builders Meeting (as announced).
